今日も帰省中のランニング。
昨日は暗くて走りづらかったので、今日は夕方にしたら適度に涼しくて明るさもあり快適だった。
アップダウンの連続のコースで高地なので、脚力と心肺が鍛えられる刺激的なコースであると思う。
