ペガサスターボで記者が書いた記事に、走り方について記載があったので意識して走った。
・はじめに着地するのはかかとよりの真ん中
・ほぼフラットに着地
楽に走れた気がするが、走った後は負担がかかっている気がするのでやっぱり早すぎはダメ。
他の靴で走ってもいいかも。
