～毎日ランニング～ 56日目

今日は途中から雨が降ってきて、小雨の中のランニングとなった。
昨日の調子で走っていたのだが、息が上がり思うようにスピードが出ずに、2’28/0.5km程度のスピードでのランとなった。
調子がいい時と悪い時は明らかにあるのだが、わりと気まぐれな感じ。
